Corned Beef-n-Cabbage

One large pot to cook in.

Add: One large corned beef, cover with water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours.


  • One onion – chopped
  • Three pounds of red potatoes – quartered
  • One pound of carrots
  • One head of green cabbage

Simmer for another 30 minutes, or until the veggies are tender.

Slice the meat
