We have to make everything here egg free as well as gluten free, so here is our version.

- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- one chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 C grated mozzerella cheese
- 1/2 C GF bisquick
- 2 flax eggs
- 1 T spectrum shortening
- 1/2 C water
cooked meat and onion, sprinkle salt and pepper, spread cheese, pour biscuit mix on top.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes and DARE them to say it doesn’t taste the same. Srsly.
It’s yummy. Eat it.
